Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 13, 2025

1. Agreement Overview

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between SkandiShop ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("Affiliate", "Partner") regarding our affiliate program.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive a commission of 6% (six percent) on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

3. Payment Terms

  • Commission payments are made monthly, after the end of each calendar month
  • Partners must submit a proper invoice to receive payment
  • Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of the following month to receive payment in that month
  • Payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice
  • Minimum payout threshold is €50

4. Invoicing Requirements

To receive commission payments, Partners must:

  • Submit invoices in accordance with applicable tax regulations
  • Include all required tax information and VAT numbers where applicable
  • Provide accurate banking details for payment processing
  • Maintain proper records of all affiliate activities

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Any mistakes, errors, or omissions in affiliate tracking or reporting
  • Technical issues that may affect link tracking or commission calculation
  • Lost or delayed payments due to incorrect invoicing information provided by the Partner
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program
  • Commission disputes arising more than 60 days after the relevant transaction date

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Promote our products in a professional and ethical manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or fraudulent activities
  • Disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records for tax and accounting purposes

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

  • Use paid search advertising on our brand terms
  • Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
  • Make false or misleading claims about our products
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Self-refer or generate artificial transactions

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions for valid transactions will be paid according to the normal payment schedule.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
