Delivery Time
From dispatch to delivery, shipping usually takes between one to five weeks. For time-sensitive deliveries, please reach out to our customer team via our website chat.
Please note: if your order includes products with different dispatch times, the full order will be held until all items are ready for dispatch.
Standard Delivery Services
SkandiShop schedules shipments using the contact details provided at checkout (email, phone number, and delivery address). Please ensure all information entered is correct to avoid delivery delays.
Small Parcels and Normal Parcels
Parcels are delivered by our selected carrier services. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us along with tracking details. In addition, the carrier will typically send updates via email and/or text message depending on your location. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.
The carrier will attempt delivery three times to the provided address. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point, where it will remain available for 10 days before being returned to our warehouse.
If your shipment is returned to us, you must contact our support team to arrange a new shipment. Please note, additional delivery costs may apply.
Freight
For larger shipments, SkandiShop uses trusted freight forwarding partners such as NWIC, Idea Logistics, Posti (Finland), DHL or another suitable provider. The chosen carrier may vary depending on your order to ensure the best possible delivery.

Refunds are only considered if there is clear and verifiable evidence that the package was lost during transit or arrived with significant damage.

Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons, including dissatisfaction with minor product variations, change of mind, or delays.
In cases of loss or damage, customers must provide detailed photographic evidence and/or official documentation from the carrier.
1.3 Competitive Pricing:
In order to maintain our competitive pricing, SkandiShop cannot offer refunds beyond the conditions outlined above.
Product Quality and Description
2.1 Accurate Product Representation:
We strive to provide detailed descriptions and images of all products. Please allow for slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions due to natural materials and individual screen settings.
2.2 Product Satisfaction:
In the rare case that a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will assist you through our warranty or replacement process according to our Warranty Policy.
Cancellation and Modification

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
