Note Design Studio’s Cita Collection for Sancal Redefines the Future of Social Spaces

Swedish powerhouse Note Design Studio has introduced the Cita Collection for Spanish furniture brand Sancal, offering a fresh and flexible vision for modern social spaces. Unveiled to great acclaim, the collection reflects Note’s signature approach: blending thoughtful design with emotional resonance and practical function.

Cita, which means “appointment” or “meeting” in Spanish, is a modular seating system crafted for the ever-evolving needs of contemporary life. It’s designed not only for offices but also for lobbies, lounges, hotels, and even residential settings where flexibility and connection are key. The collection includes an array of curved and straight seating modules, side tables, and connecting elements that allow infinite configurations — from intimate nooks to large, flowing islands.

Soft, organic shapes dominate the collection, encouraging a sense of comfort and informal interaction. The palette leans into earthy tones and soft neutrals, enhanced with occasional bright pops of color, allowing Cita to either blend harmoniously into a space or stand out as a sculptural centerpiece.

Beyond its elegant appearance, the Cita Collection is about movement, adaptability, and emotional well-being. In a world where the boundaries between work, rest, and play are increasingly fluid, Cita offers a design solution that mirrors that dynamism without sacrificing beauty or comfort.

With this project, Note Design Studio once again proves that good design is not just about aesthetics — it’s about creating spaces that feel as good as they look. The Cita Collection stands as a new benchmark for social furniture, offering versatility and warmth in equal measure.
